Well Paul's numbers are always inflated so he is really somewhere around 2%. Cain is done in light of the latest scandal. It seems to me Romney is the clear front runner with Newt a solid number 2.

He won't last much longer either after his flip flop on torture.

He may have baggage but he also has some valid points. Even if someone doesn't like, respect, or agree with him...it's nice to actually hear someone who has a plan.

"I have a plan to plan a plan I intend to plan as part of my plan I plan to plan." - John Kerry

"My plan is Hope & Change." Candidate Obama...please explain your plan. "I already did. Hope & Change are my plan." Sir, what are the details of your plan? "I already stated the details. My plan is the Hope & Change plan." - Barack Obama

Like I and others have said before, NG is the smartest dude in the room, I just wish he was electable. Alas, I'm not sure he is.

In this day and age if the only thing he has done wrong is cheated on his wife he is closer to sainthood than he is a cell. I'll vote for him over Romney any day and twice on sunday.... oh wait, that is what the dems do. Okay any day of the week then.

He is the smartest and he is the most moderate republican candidate, but . . . like Bobby Jindal he think's that the citizenry is stupid. Gingrich is ruled by ideology, not practical logic. He's a smug deceiver, perhaps even a liar. I cannot trust him.

He cheated on both of his first two wives, resulting in divorces. He is on wife #3 at present. Gingrich is the only Speaker of the House to have been disciplined for ethics violations. He has a lot of baggage.

But it was a BS charge. Had he gone before the ethics panel he would have been cleared. The IRS found no wrong doing in the matter when their investigation concluded.

more moderate than Romney? Also, Jindal doesn't hold a candle to Gingrich with respect to thinking he's smarter than everyone else in the room. However, as you pointed out, Gingrich typically is. Same with Piyush.

I'll need photos of the women he cheated with before I can decide whether or not I have a problem with this. :hihi:
