Exactly other than it seemed most fans sending emails wanted a change. It really gave no insight to the inner workings or what anyone was thinking. One thing it did clear up for all the know nothing, shit stirring talking heads that all claim inside info. The decision WAS NOT made in the 3rd quarter of the A&M game you phuking morons!

If the decision was made earlier than prior to kickoff, no one told Sexton, Jimbo, or Alleva. They were still in negoatiatians and talking throughout the day. Many of the boosters were told during the game that Les was staying.

FKing A previously said the decision was "mostly" made before Q3.

That is a pretty weak article. Do fans EVER email an AD when things are going well.

OBTW, the AD at East Carolina just fired a popular coach was whose program was on the downward trend. It is what could/should have happened at LSU. Don't think he is gonna survive.

The similarities are revealing, though obviously on a much smaller scale.

Who knows when he made the actual decision in his mind...my guess is around the same time Jindal and Edwards showed their support for Miles. Not a word from those two until they knew what was going to happen. I do know the many of the boosters were told during game and that negotiations were still being made way past Wednesday of that week and especially on A&M gameday.

It seems like more posturing for the media by King to try and make it seem like the media jumped on LSU for no reason because a decision was made in his mind earlier in the week. Two big errors though...1. His decision wasn't passed down to the line and more and more gossip and talk among the media and fans got worse because of it. 2. After all the screwups they made, the end of the story should of been Alleva saying Miles is our head coach. All these quotes from King, Alleva, BOS etc,,,is not killing the story but just breathing life to it and media backlash that follows. Just shut up already...

I think the article is pretty telling. I also think everyone needs to flood Joe Alleva's inbox.
