Even if that were true...could anybody really blame him? Everyone's seen the "abilities" of this offense. If they can't master the basics, getting cute will only blow up in their faces.

No sport you and others like heLlsFury and Leshastogo are blinded by your hate of Miles. You are like chicken little and go around yelling "the sky is falling the sky is falling" and if in a billion years or so it does you will say "see I told you so" That is like betting 0 on roulette every time and when it eventually does you say "I knew it would"
Your hate is tiring so please either offer positive discussion or go away. BTW I don't mean to say all is ok and any criticisim is out of bounds or that you don't have a right to hold and speak your mind (such as it is). No I am saying that you add nothing to the discussion and are so repetative as to be boring.

Can we consolidate these threads please?

It is beginning to be hard for me to keep track of who I am talking chit to..

It is funny though, I talk chit to Miles haters more than opposing fans lol...

I've stated time and time again that I don't hate Les Miles. Rather, I hate the inferior offensive product that he puts on the field. Is there anything wrong with that? It would be a travesty not to hate this offensive regression? Your love for Les Miles must be blinding you. Keep those blinders on.

Your analogy is absolutely meaningless. We can clearly see the program is in decline. It may not have dropped off significantly. But, the downturn will speed up at this rate. If Miles were to put forth just a bit of evidence that he is capable of change than I would not hold this view. However, it's been YEARS and he thus far has not displayed ANY willingness to alter his ways. How can you disagree with that? It's the cold hard truth. It follows that LSU must rid itself of Les Miles to improve and halt the forthcoming decline.

I ask you all this hypothetical question, would you as an offensive player come to play under Les Miles? Or would you send your son to play offense under Les Miles? I think not. If you would, then you are devoid of sanity.

Try paying attention. Nick coaches defense not offense. Spurrier coaches offense and Qbs. Les ran the offense at ok state in the weak defense 12 so he's doing so here.

Les has a say in defense. He tells chavis to do whatever it takes to not let them score. Bc odds are we won't.

Now all he needs to do is get an offensive coordinator and gtf out of the way like he does on defense. Chill with brad wing or smoke a bowl with mett. Whatever it takes.

Yes I know they coach everything per se but that's quite the reach of what we are discussing.

That's the problem, you keep referring to those who disdain LSU's offensive regression as "Miles Haters". In reality, we are realists and you are a "Miles lover". That's just how the dice fall.

Yes, he can be blamed. Les' constant drivel about the players "mastering the basics" is a never-ending charade. Les prohibits the players from even improving upon the basics. The offensive basics will NEVER be mastered under Miles. We don't expect offensive mastery, just development and improvement. Les can't even come through with that though. It's all offensive regression for Les.

Exactly. A HCs number one job is to do whats best for the team. In this case that would be to hire a top notch OC and stay far far away from the offense.

You have said many times you want Miles eliminated. You also state, repeatedly, that Miles will only bring LSU down and can do nothing to bring us up, even though the facts do not support your assertions. To the contrary, I acknowledge Les Mile's faults and point out his areas of improvements.

There is a huge difference in being critical of Miles and "hate". You support nothing the man has done and you also claim he is "incapable" of fixing the problem. The only word to label you is a "hater". Well, I can think of better words, but I am playing nice today.
