anyone have any updates on the injuries from yesterday? Namely Bower? Also is there a status on Mills? We desperately need him back. Thought we would be ok but it's obvious we aren't.

I didn't notice it, but Hanagriff said on the postgame that Bower got back in the game in the second half. The one I haven't heard anything about is Clapp; didn't he go down holding his knee in the third quarter?

Clapp had a cramp and went back in. Bower has an ankle reported and went back in for a couple of plays but was hampered. Hopefully we rest him next week and have him ready for the heart of the schedule.
Good thing about Les is that he takes care of his injured players.

I know Hawkins went out early, and came back. Looked like a hamstring at the time must have been a cramp. Strange to see so many cramps when playing in such ideal conditions.

But how ideal were the conditions? The dome wasn't air-conditioned, for instance. Maybe the long trip also had something to do with all of that?

High about 72 Low 61 --- That and low humitity had to be perfect conditions. Thought it was the turf causing injuries, it was odd that it was cramping. Hopefully, the boys will be able to get back to the swampy conditions.

I am happy we got out of a turf game without more leg injuries.

I know it was nice outside; I'm just curious if it was stuffy inside the dome.

I was afraid it was the turf, too. I definitely prefer grass (as does Miles.)
