probably not even then. this is les' area 51. herbstreit, who has penetrated most everything couldnt even get past the front gate when breaking the story on les.
well if theres 10 different accounts of each player's performance then its all white noise and irrelevant.
That's a good point. Perhaps it bothers ME more than the team...but it drives me bananas! It's actually kinda funny though to read five differing takes on the very same thing. And then to realize that, no matter which...if any...is accurate, it was still a scripted scrimmage with light contact allowed...and isn't representative of the team either way in relation to physicality. I do know this team will rally around each other when outside forces start to interfere. But still, I'd like the team to know the fans are appreciative...
I would not put it past Les to offer intentional disinformation. Oregon has no film of a Kragthorp LSU offense, much less a Studrawa offense. Keep 'em guessing.
Depends on the injury. Everyone knew Tebow was injured, but not how badly, but Urban did an outstanding job making us play the guessing game as to whether he'd play. That sort of thing you can play the disinformation game with. On the other hand, nobody on the Arkansas staff tried to fool the media into thinking that Knile Davis is going to suit up for their opener.
Because the media was at that practice, and it was all over the place in no time. Not that they would've, but they couldn't have stopped that train if they tried...
When it's a high profile player like Tebow, it does also. Which was what my point was. If HIS injury status can be kept a secret so can any of our players...as HAS been done. The fact that Tebow HAD sustained an injury was not the issue. Whether he was or playing or not, was. What's the difference with that or asking if any player assumingly not injured, could be? Just matter of degrees and not sure I'm being clear.
