I try. I really do. I try to give everyone patience and understanding especially when it comes to their passions. I drink the Tiger kool aid and love to see everything optimistically. There comes a point, however, when it just becomes too much. Enjoy this beautiful little article from Kevin Scarbinksy in which he proclaims the National Title should be handed over to Bama after beating a highly overrated Michigan team. In fact, Bama is so good that winning is getting downright boring. This article should be emailed to each team the Crimson Tide has on their remaining schedule ...

    You know....I agree with that.

In the late 70s I saw a Sugar Bowl game in which Alabama played Penn State for the national championship. That was in the days of Barry Krauss and the famous goal line stand.

Bama had just won the NC because they beat Penn State who was number one. The game was in the Superdome and it was raining heavily outside.

Bama fans were walking around the concourse complaining to each other about the rain. they were that bored and entitled.

I lost respect for Bama that day. Those spoiled fans were too used to winning national championships.

he actually said "it would be premature" to hand Bama the National Title. his point was that Bama has a championship caliber team and everybody agrees with that:

"there’s a very good chance that this season will end just like the last one. With Alabama as the No. 1 team in the land.
    ...
Alabama will play better teams. Alabama will play SEC teams, if that’s not redundant, so it would be premature to start engraving another crystal football. But Saban may have to work overtime to convince everyone outside his locker room that he doesn’t have another championship team in the making"

The sports media are so good at extremes. Mike and Mike said this morning that USC and Bama should go ahead and play for the NC now.

Mike & Mike should be given samurai swords and told to play for the championship--each can represent either USC or Bama. Save all those teams all that sweat. Morons!

This is wonderful. I want all Bama fans and players thinking they really are that good after one game. Retribution is sweetest when the victim never sees it coming.

Many times the top 2 teams don't make the big game, as they say, that is why we play the games. It sure is gonna be a fun ride though. Everything can change at the end of the season. Ask Stanford, Oklahoma State, Oregon and others. I am trying to figure out if Michigan is that bad and Alabama that good, I do think it is a little bit of both. Even the good teams will have moments in their season that will define if they will stay at that level or not.

I just threw up in my mouth a lil bit.

Additionally, LSU's oline is used to primarily blocking for the run. With Jefferson back in the pocket they still had to block for the run, since he pulled it down alot. With Mett they have a QB who will stand in the pocket with patience and calmness. He is able to bump up and give himself a little extra time. Once the o-line gels and gets used to having a pocket passer back there, things will be mo betta.
