RP and me have been friends since we were little, played with and against him plus go to church with him now and I support him but if he missed curfew I think he would've been gone not saying its right but prob what Les would've done because of the principle IMO
4-7 and a TD pass on his first possession after the first trip to the locker room. 0-1 and a 12 yard TD run on his first possession after his second trip to the locker room. Don't know what they did to him in the locker room, but maybe they should take him in there before every possession.
There had to be some reason. I couldn't understand why he didn't throw the hail mary at the end of regulation.
I've been more worried about Flynn's head this season more than his shoulder.... I applaud his efforts (like I do all players on this team for all they have battled thru), but heading into the season, I thought Flynn was primed for a solid, if not stellar, season and more so than not, every game, he's looked more than "shaky" throwing the ball.
Yea, I definitely care more about whether a guy is in bed on time than having a chance to play for the national championship. Beauty sleep is too critical to ignore.
I don't really blame them for not letting RP chuck up that last one. On a cold evening, with nothing more than a couple of tosses on the sideline, having RP come in a sling it on his 1st pass is just asking to rip/pull/tear something in that shoulder.
It may be too difficult for you to comprehend, but if he indeed did miss curfew the issue isn't about lack of sleep.
Yeah, we don't have to worry about it happening to our starter on his last pass either. I know, I know....just the irony there. Had he done that and RP fumbled, threw incomplete pass, we'd be in an uproar. Flynn had played through the pain, one more play isn't supposed to be a difference.
