Within minutes of the end of the game I had two friends text me separately that miles should be fired. Neither of which have any dog in this hunt.
Oh, well then it is settled. You need to have them text Alleva or maybe just forward the texts to him. This kinda information from these kinda experts needs to get to the people who can do something about it. :rolleye33:
it takes a little more than that, hoss. just sayin'. even if we had bill belichick and drew bledsoe (or tom brady) or sean payton and drew brees, there are a lot of other aspects that need to come into play. as great as special teams and defense has been this season, they both were mediocre (at best) tonight. and we still won. i'm not forgiving LSU for piss-poor play, but we beat a team that looked (and played) like it wanted it more than LSU did... and they still lost.
Hell, Les Miles is embarrassed to, as he should be: LSU comment of the day: Les Miles calls final series of downs 'embarrassing to me' | NOLA.com No shyt sherlock! You said after OM last year you were going to get it fixed, and you failed to take care of your business.
Special teams and defense played mediocre yesterday? LSU gave the ball 4 times to Tenn and LSU still held them to 14. I'd call that something other than "mediocre". Maybe not "lights out", but it's obvious they're gassed from having to carry the dead weigh of the offense.
I suppose I either miss spoke (which is very likely because I had a lot to drink last night) or you misunderstood me. I think if we had a good QB and a competent coach I think we could make a run this year and be a force in the SEC. With this coach and this QB situation we dont have a prayer.
