I am so sorry. I have been told by every one of my ex-fellow teachers that I have come across that they were glad i retired when I did. In teaching the insanity never ends or even slows down. Hang in there.
As I indicated, I'm on the downhill slide towards retirement. The sheer amount of extra requirements that are thrown at us continuously is crazy. I'm hoping I pass the exam on the first try because my district has paid for that. The test costs $134, and many have to take it multiple times. With that being said, I'm happy with having chosen to be a teacher. For the most part, I enjoy my work. If the government would get out of the way, it would be much more enjoyable.
Now that is jacked up. I've always said I'd like to see Russia start having teachers teach American immigrants in English, if they allowed us in the first place. They dam sure wouldn't let us overrun the country, that I can promise. I can see me going file suit against a foreign govt because my rights were infringed upon as an illegal. phuck That!

CBS News: After being separated from daughter at border, mom warns illegal immigrants to "find another country". https://www.cbsnews.com/news/after-...-to-find-another-country/?ftag=CNM-00-10aag7e Well there you go..
After hearing about the big immigration marches across the country last week, I reflected that in my town of about 30,000 there was no evidence of such marches. Or that anyone really cared. Again, the disconnect between the elites, and their locales and the rest of America.
