these aren't the ones we need to worry about, it's the little shit's that are born here, and then become gangsters, get a taste of money because drugs are illegal.

Wow, I have heard situations like the article before, "Its for the Dream Act." Never seems to work out for the ones that come forward.

I was going more for how can he say I will abide by the law,as a lawyer, and not abide by the law in his everyday life. Or why did he spend all that money and time in law school and never once tried to become an American citizen. He is smart enough to do so. Anyway, feel free to derail this thread. Calling Red and Martin.....

The guy was brought here by his parents when he was 9. He had no choice about it. He was raised in America as an American. Has worked and paid taxes and educated himself. This is the kind of person that should be granted amnesty and given a green card and the opportunity to become a citizen. He will be an asset to the country.

But the ones who cross over illegally as adults bear the responsibility to follow the law and go through the legal immigration process. Deport them before they bring over families and start having children here.

I think the crux of the problem, and the solution, lay with the companies who hire the illegals. Make the employer have the conclusive paperwork on file, and prosecute the shit out of the employers who violate.

Don't hold your breath though,.. Elephants won't piss off industry, and Donkeys won't piss off Hispanics.

the problem is not with the employers. it is with out overly restrictive immigration policies.

Overly restrictive? Our policies are less restrictive most other countries.
