The question wasn't where Jennings got offers. The question is where would he start. In the SEC I can only say Vanderbilt or possibly Arkansas.
If he were used as more of a roll out passer in a spread offense he may do well. He seems more comfortable throwing on the run and he looks down field more on the move than just standing in the pocket watching the lineman come at him. He probably feels more in control when he is on the move. I think he has the wrong playbook. I bet Malzahn would have him looking different.
