But since she was no longer working in government there was no way to offer the same punishments to Clinton. Im explaing as best I can with out using pictures (like I would to a 3 year old) that a law was broke and just because there was not "criminal" charge it doesnt "un-break" the law.

 

Decessions not to prosecute people that are guilty are made all the time.
