If you had to make a decision, to stay or leave would you stay in the SEC?

If I'm Miles, I take the Michigan job....I'd rather be somewhere I'm appreciated...And if I'm gonna be compared to somebody, I'd rather bt to Bo Schembecler than Nick Saban...Bo si a legend...Saban just had one good season and all of the sudden everybody thinks he's GOD.

It is easier to win the Big 10 if you're Michigan...That's a 2 team conference, with Wisconsin about a couple of steps behind...Penn State will keep fading until Joe Pa leaves...SEC has tougher competion by far.

When the conferences put playoff games into effect, it was at a time when conference re-allignments were taking place, and the conference games were supposed to be a part of the first round of the playoff system.

The SEC, ACC and Big 12 all set up 6 team divisions.

But I agree with your thinking.....

The conferences that do have a playoff game in place should pull out of the BCS and have their own playoff system.

That is precisely why the BCS is made for teams like Michigan.

Leave the SEC because it's easier to win???

Hey, look, if your scared of competition, then perhaps you should begin cheering for a team in the Pac-10.

Leave the SEC?! Are you on drugs?! Do you KNOW how much money ANY team stands to lose if they leave the SEC?!?!?!?!

Yeah, that's a great philosophy: We can't go undefeated in the regular season, so let's defect, forgo millions in revenue sharing for all sports, and play cupcakes and maybe...MAYBE the college football season will be wacky enough like it was for Kansas this season so we can sneak up to #2 without ever reallying playing anyone. Yeah. GREAT lodgic there! :dis:

Okay some of you get the meaning of this thread. I could have worded it differently. Read the entire post. I was talking about CLM leaving the SEC! Some of you got it.

No way am I suggesting that LSU leave this conference. If you are CLM you get the hell out of the SEC. You go to the Big 10, play 2-3 tough games a year including out of conference and you are almost assured year in and year out at UM of being in the top 10. Many times you will be competing for a NC.

How in the world don't you "go home" if you are CLM to an easier conference? It makes too much sense. Every week in the SEC is a dog fight.
