this is a small part off some mountain person post - they believe this stuff!!! bring it folk - mountain people!!1 And please remember: no matter what the score is at halftime, our defense is a second-half defense. Countless times in the past few seasons, our defense amazingly clamped down in the 2nd half. Offense? Forget about it. The only reason we have not scored 50 points a game this year is because we've had a bad case of the "fumbles" in the red-zone. Ask Auburn. The only reason they overcame the 20+ deficit last year was because of our 6 turnovers. So, if we can get that corrected, you won't be able to stop us from putting 30 points on the board. Oh, and remember how we used to be primarily a running team? Those days are over. If you're thinking all you have to do is stop our run, you will be burned over and over again. Our QB is wise beyond his years, deadly accurate, and scary-smart. Stedman Bailey will grab any ball that comes within 10 feet of him. Tavon Austin will make your defense look slow and silly. And, better hope you have a very, very, very well conditioned defensive line. Expect to see a lot of fast tempo offense on WVU's side. Overall, this team is starting to gel at the right time. They have so much firepower on offense that it's frightening. Even if you slow down Noel, 240lb Ryan Clarke is no stranger to exploding through the line and ripping off chunks of yards. You may stop one, or even two, but you can't stop them all: Devine, Sanders, Austin, Bailey, Smith. Again, maybe you'll kill us like 1,214 to 0. But, you may want to taper down your ignorant enthusiasm a bit. Just sayin'
our QB moved the ball all over Marshall the whole game man - I don't even want to go to the game now!!!!!
If you have a weak O line - LSU's D will have prayer Meetings at the QB. The LB will prowl for Devine. LSU has a couple of safeties that are young but nasty. We will learn how good your wides are, as we have a damn good D back field, which was projected to be the strenth of the LSU D - it appears the D line is the strength. LSU's low O output is due to running at 8 to 9 in the box. Also, excellent field position due to the D and S teams. We haven't needed to pass the ball the last few games to move the ball. We are averaging 28 points in last two games without showing a thing. Are you ready for the Wild Tiger O? How good is your Defensive second team? If you don't have the depth, LSU will wear your first down. You don't have the LB that NC has. You D back field isn't that good. LSU has four guys who will light you up. It is a matter of JJ getting the ball to the open receiver. If you roll the safeties to Shepard and Tolliver' side - you have to deal with Randall one on one. A nightmare for a DB on an Island. I think Peterson returns this weekend. He is an excellent pass receiving Tightend, which will also help JJ.
This is a very good game to let JJ air it out. They have a weak D back field and will have to use multiple blitz package to get heat on JJ. Do we still have a screen package. We will be able to run the ball. A few passes could open the flood gates. Both sides of the ball we will see speed for both teams. WVU will play someone who has as much or more speed as they do for the first time this year on Saturday night.
LSU on D PP might be the best football player in college ball LB Sheppard - might be the best MLB in college ball #92 at DT might be the best DL man in college ball what you got mountain men?
Bring it tired of talking 4:11 am - I am up on a Tiger board - thats a fan or a old man getting up to pee
It's both, so make sure you lift up the seat first, just make sure your eyes are open so you don't mistake your laptop for the toilet. You wouldn't want to open up you laptop thinking it's the toilet, and piss on your keyboard. lol
Nothing will surprise me except a Russell Shepard pass, and even then - I'll only be surprised it was against West Virginia and not Nick Saban.
