    I think he's doing OK considering he took over the OC job mid year. He & O have opened things up and it shows on the scoreboard. Making major changes takes time. Be patient and enjoy the W's.

    It's better than it was but it's a mid season shift. If O got the job next year, it would be different. Plus. We are limited by our QB anyway.

    Well the one thing we can be sure of is its Not his offense. You can't expect to drop in an entirely new PlayBook mid season.

    I think the question should be do we WANT to see what it would look like. I'm not real sure on that.

    It's been said he isn't interested, and I don't think he's up to it. But it's telling that Eaux and Ensminger are destroying Miles' and Cameron's production with the same players and plays.

    Has anybody done a study on penalties lately? Sure seems like we're a lot more disciplined now.
