I know how you feel, but injuries are part of the game. Every team suffers them. If Florida has to play without Tebow, it's tough noogies. A win is a win and it's as fair as they come.
In their spring game the other guy out passed Tebow. He definitely isn't the running threat Tebow is but he can burn us on the pass and I bet Meyer would adjust his plays to allow for it. If the 2nd guy plays and I were Miles I'd look at what they ran when Leak was the main guy since he wasn't a runner either. In any case they will still be TOUGH and it damn well would be a good win.
As most physicians will tell you, there are primarily 3 grades of concussions. Considering Tebow's symptoms, it sounds like he has a grade 3 concussion: "A person with a grade 3 concussion (involving any loss of consciousness, no matter how brief) should be examined by a medical professional either on the scene or in an emergency room. The person should be hospitalized if any abnormalities are found or if confusion persists. Prolonged unconsciousness and worsening symptoms require urgent neurosurgical evaluation or transfer to a trauma center. Contact sports are avoided for one week following unconsciousness of only seconds, and for two weeks for unconsciousness of a minute or more. A person receiving a second grade 3 concussion should avoid contact sports for at least a month after all symptoms have cleared, and then only with the approval of a physician. If signs of brain swelling or bleeding are seen on a CT or MRI scan, the athlete should not return to the sport for the rest of the season, or even indefinitely."
it doesnt matter, if WE dont play 1000% better and come up with some sort of RUN blocking either by changing styles or just having a better O line then it wont make a hoot who is QB for florida. their back up is plenty capable.
