Kiffin and Orgeron are friends. I doubt Kiffin cares very much for Little Nick... nobody does. And any money we save by hiring Orgeron instead of Fisher can be used to sweeten the pot for Kiffin.

While I would tend to agree, never say never.

It has been referenced from Finebaum and others that Kiffin and O are good friends. And everyone knows it isn't difficult to come into a Saban led program and be successful. It would be an ultimate praise to come join O at LSU and take the tigers to the playoffs, showcase his right to get another HC gig somewhere.

Would he make the move? Probably not, but again, never say never.

Can't rule out anything in life. But I think it means there's just no offers at the HC level. It's been suspected by Bama insiders for months that Sark is on staff because Saban and Kiffin believe he will get his opportunity to lead again. And If Bama makes it to the playoff for three years in a row, that's a very reasonable assumption.

 

A lot of people have been saying he owes Orgeron for coming to Tennessee and USC when O had other job offers he passed on, one was at LSU. I think if O made the call he would leave Tuscaloosa in a second. What adult wants their ass chewed out by a grown midget.
