Abolish limits on grill sizes solve traffic problems by making LA-30 a closed off, contra flow road south to I-10 for 1 and 1/2 hours after a game ends. Give everyone free wi-fi access and provide electrical hookups at a modest price to keep the generator problem under control. Quadruple the number of trash cans and port-o-lets out on gamedays. Rebuild and reopen the Long pool house. Make the Geaux Zone an ad-supported free service. Broadcast TigerVision games on LPB. 1. I agree with renovating the dorm rooms. I think that renting those out as hotel rooms or tailgating suites would be a real cash cow. It would be great to not have to worry about leaving campus after a game--just hang out in the stadium until the next day. I used to go to pregame parties there when I was at student; get sloshed, then roll into the stadium in time for pregame--it was great. 2. I would make the LSU/Texas A&M season opener happen. Nothing was better than that home and home for the first game. I imagine ticket holders would stop complaining about the OOC schedule with just this one addition.
Upgrade the website to include individual photos of the cheerleading squad. The one group shot just doesn't float my boat.

I think Red's suggestion is more feasible. Those things are in pretty bad shape & nobody would be allowed in them during the games because it would be like an earthquake. 2. Introduce plans for a LSU Sports Museum and Hall of Fame on the old Alex Box Site, including a 5 level parking garage to be placed around/on top of the museum. Already exists, but only for certain events, and they do not roll over once you graduate - student points are for students.
If I had one day, I'd sit down with the football coaches & soak up as much as possible. Oh yea, and kill Toonces.
Clair, if you made me AD for a day, you should probably be fired! I have no qualifications for this job and don't for a second think I could do it better than anyone else. On the other hand, there have been some nice suggestions for change. But all in all, I can't complain as I think Tiger fans get tickets cheaper, and have more fun than most any other top program. And the fun factor is really what it's all about for me.
