    No doubt they always had to compete with Florida State, Miami has not been relevant lately but the last few years it seems lsu has always been able to get 2 or 3 good prospects out of florida.

    I wouldn't say that LSU has the state "Locked Down" anymore we are losing acouple or three of the biggest prospects in the state to bama the last few years.

    This is true but our offense speaks for itself regardless of wins and losses. Why would any top WR or QB wanna come to LSU now? Perception is a big thing and we lost a lot of respect in that BCSNG vs Bama.
