Who do you bring in to replace him? Will Miles give him complete control of his assistants, or will Miles dictate who stays and who goes? While I am in agreement that Crowton needs to go, I hope we don't end up with a Tony Franklin!

I know it's a long shot, but what kind of a job do you think Charlie Weiss would do as an OC in the SEC? I see him going back to the NFL when he gets shiitcanned, but there's always a chance.
