    Logically yes. Morally if the program was so important and he realized he was in over his head, he’d step aside and let someone with better qualifications take the helm and do what he can’t.

    I agree. But Why delay the inevitable? Yes the odds are stacked against O, but he wasn't the right guy from the day we fired Miles and never will be. He is an asphalt patch in a pot hole.
