    It was a hypothetical; reality is Bama got in and Ohio St got in over Penn St. I agree with the former but disagree with the latter.

    The point is, some books in vegas would predict us to win against most teams on a neutral field. That isn't exactly how teams should be ranked IMO, but power rankings are a legit metric that shouldn't be ignored.

    We aren't disagreeing. I believe a ranking should be a blend of strength and achievement. Strength wise we're pretty damn good; achievement wise we're lacking. I think we should be rated higher than we are, but not top 10.

    The only rankings I pay attention to are the committee's rankings. They've got us @ 20th. I'm OK with that.
