After the loss to Arkansas I started a thread titled 'Turn Out the Lights.' I sure as hell thought the party was over. Turns out I was dead wrong, miraculously. But that's this year's college football season, and apparently we were still strong enough to play for it all on Jan 7th. Obviously I made a mistake, and for that I apologize- for starting a BS, negative thread. Truthfully, I am shocked that things worked out the way that they did. And I think that most of you are probably surprised that we are playing in the big game, too, after our late loss to Arkansas. All I can hope for is a strong performance from our LSU Tigers, which I think we'll see. I truly believe that a well rested, and hopefully recovered from injury, LSU team will dominate the Buckeyes in New Orleans. This team has had destiny written all over it this year. It's time to show why...
Great post. Classy. Hopefully a month is enough time to reset us back to VT-game health. If so, look out! Noone will stop that team.
Classy post. Now, let's get those other Chicken Little sky is falling types to come out and eat some crow! :thumb:
oh man we suck I can't believe college football is bad enough for us to get back into it.. hawaii and kansas should be here not us jk
Agree with the classy post comments. :thumb: We all probably thought we would be in NO in January at the Superdome, except we would be playing Hawaii. Fate dealt us 4 aces this weekend and we are now playing for the :crystal: I kept your seat warm on the bandwagon. Welcome back. :thumb:
