    Look at it this way; how many political figures have you ever heard of winning a defamation suite? Thinking of all the shit that is said about politicians all the time there is a reason you don't hear of more lawsuits; they can't win.

    HOWEVER like fcal said
    Trump will do it for reasons other than winning a judgement.

    I dont think he cares to win. Its about discovery.

    They will likely settle. Trump has a strong case given the FBI info.
