I have to stick with the SEC winning it all. Alabama fans will not get any worse than they are, I think they hit that ceiling back in 1919 when they claimed their 601 NC. By keeping it in the SEC it helps us all out on exposure.
Sure. The last one was a blast--and a ratings bust, so it will not happen again. And I don't care what's best for the SEC. I care what's best for LSU. Alabama winning another one? That's not good for us.
I think you got a solid argument there. The SEC could absorb not being represented in the NC, especially with a solid showing in bowls (if bama ends the season a two loss team out of the nc game, I wouldn't be too upset. Lsu winning out with a prestigious bowl coupled with bama brook trouting would be just great).

I highly doubt that. If Ohio State gets to dance that is enough to propel the "legacy" of Urban Meyer. He is already a god up there and even the invite will be enough for him to build on.
The reason Bama go is...they have the greatest coach in the history of the world, universe, and universe"s unknown and they will never lose again. Gosh, I can't believe we as LSU fans haven't learned that yet.
