Just an assumption because all indicators are that he and his family are happy in Texas. It's easy to make a home anywhere when someone opens the bank for you. So he could come here but with the cluster we have in charge it's more than likely he would hold out for a Texas job. I really doubt with the large payout of Miles contract, we would pony up what it would take to get him here.
I think this is one of those urban legend deals where someone says something and it takes off like a wild fire. As some other poster has said, there is no quote anywhere from TH saying he wants, desires or holds UT as his "Dream Job". I don't see how anyone would consider that their dream job actually. Highly overrated. That doesn't mean I think he will be hired here just that I don't think there is anything at all to this "Herman is staying in Texas" jibberish.
