I predict that due to the results in BR, Hillary will take it tonight. Not an endorsement, just the way she's been trending for about 30 years. The outcome of every presidential election since 1984 corresponds with the outcome of that year's Alabama-LSU game. Alabama has won four of its past eight Election Year showdowns with LSU, and each time a Democrat has won: Bill Clinton took the White House in 1992 and kept it in 1996, and Barack Obama became president in 2008 and won a second term in 2012. Meanwhile, LSU has won the other four contests. The Tigers won in 1984, and so did Ronald Reagan. George H.W. Bush was elected president in 1988, and his son George W. Bush won in 2000 and 2004. LSU won all three of those years' games against the Tide. As everyone is well aware, Alabama beat LSU 10-0 in Baton Rouge on Saturday. So if the game result trend continues to hold, Donald Trump will soon have to return to his Trump Tower penthouse and Hillary Clinton will be able to start measuring the drapes for the Oval Office.
My thoughts exactly as long as O doesnt meddle too much in the offense which it appears he doesnt do.
I would hate to end up with Jimbo, Herman maybe but Jimbo would be a mistake. Too much to get him for what he will do for us. Eaux will earn his money this week, if he can get our guys ready to play after last week, it will go a long way on his resume. If he can show that he can keep us from losing back to back games and finish strong, then sign him. Everybody drops a game so if he can keep us from a slide we will be ok. And honestly no one really expected a win against Bama to start with, in fact they might not lose this year.
I'm not high on Jimbo either, but he has a good track record with QBs. I like Herman better, and probably a few others. You're especially right considering what we'd have to pay for Jimbo. I expected us to win against Bama, that offense we brought to battle sucked and Eaux owns some of that, but I hope he turns it around and takes the job. Losing to a strong Bama in a fairly respectable way isn't so bad.
O is playing real life survivor and it's all about redemption for him I think. Sat tells the tale for him.
I'm doubling down on this. I think it will still be O. I think it was 80% before florida, maybe 60% now. I think Alleva wants Jimbo or Herman but in the end, we won't get either. After that, is there really anyone you want instead of O? I want Jimbo or Herman but O will do a great job and he's my #3. I bet that's the way the boosters have it too. I think he's going to blow them away with an OC hire and that will push it his way in the end when we whiff on the other two.
