    Most folks here had us losing those games after the 1st 3 with Miles including the gumps and a favorable maybe with the gators. Taint remained defiant, but that was before his tampon got pulled.

    One thing I have to hand to coach O. He has the killer instinct in him. He allows his OC to pour it on when the game is well in hand.

    Miles ordered for us to punt, I'm convinced about that. That was the human side of Les. Don't embarrass your opponent.

    Yep and that's why if he were still coaching, we would have either lost that game last night or it would have been very uncomfortable towards the end because A&M never gave up. And we just matched them score for score to maintain the lead. Something that would not have happened once we went into Miles' infamous prevent offense; @tirk so eloquently puts it.

    That a bitchy comment. Many of us loved Les for who he is but understood it was time for him to go. Sport if you can't see the value he brought take a look inside your heart.....if you have one.
