as the best saturday ever. (unless, of course, you lost your virginity or made a million dollars on another saturday) we keep our coach, win the sec and almost back into a bcs title which we'll know more about tomorrow. man... and to think, a couple of days ago i couldn't give away sec title tickets. let's :geauxtige
Yep, we had a hard game to win the SEC, then watch Mizzou and WVU go down, especially WV losing to Pitt, which I gave no chance of happening, it was quite a day. Then the Herbstreit report on Les and his press conf.!!! Too much.
I didn't do either of the things you mentioned although I would have liked to get . . . , never mind we'll save that for another thread. What a day. Imagine when I woke up wondering who our next coach was going to be to finishing the day watching our Tigers play the game of their lives and Les telling UM to stuff it. Now it's up to the coaches and the Harris poll to determine if the dream continues.
I don't know...the day I was born had to rank up there...but you got me this day was pretty awesome!!! I even had 12 COUNT THEM 12 gator fans cheering with me for our Tigers!!! Even had each side of the bar screaming "GEAUX" "TIGERS"!!! Tell me I don't train well!!!
Last night, I was on Tigerforums for a couple of hours, then I just couldn't get to sleep. I could not believe that our team was being abandoned by its coaches. Then, when that press conference ocurred, I just felt like today was going to be something special...I felt like the impossible could happen.
you were born on a saturday? i don't think me or my mom even know what day of the week it was when i was born... though i suppose i could look at a calendar.
yeah my sister called me asking "is there's a press conference today about miles staying at lsu!?" i told her whoever told her that must be crazy because miles is pretty much a done deal to michigan. well... that's what i get for sleeping until noon. i check the web and low and behold miles is staying. i go directly to my friends house and announce that there's no way in hell we're losing today. three quarters into the wvu i announce again that we're going to the bcs title game. that hasn't happened yet, but it very well might. what a damn year.
