I'll go to ANY lengths to see my Tigers play. I've lied to my bosses. I've exaggerated illness's. I've given up triple overtime and bonuses. Why? I LOVE LSU. I can't live without em. I'm DIE-HARD. I was born a year before our first National Championship. That means I was cheated. I waited 43 years for what I was due. I had it coming,,,,,and it took 43 years of die-hard waiting. But I waited, patiently. And my dreams came to fruition. MY TIGERS became what I waited for. The BEST, NUMBER ONE. I knew it would happen, I was patient. To the truely dedicated, it's only a matter of faith and patience. I've walked through TigerStadium and held my head high during truely trying times. I kept my faith. And my faith hasn't waivered since. I'm due again. On January 7th, My Faith will again be rewarded. Because I was unwavering, I had (and have) the faith. With PRIDE, I watch our former players DOMINATE the next level. LSU is on almost every major NFL team. I watch them play on Sundays and Mondays and my heart swells with pride for LSU. We have players with multiple Superbowl rings. I feel good! I watch them represent the state of Louisiana and smile. Louisiana is proud as I am of these guys.
I attended a Pittsburgh Steelers game a few weeks ago and was AMAZED when an LSU lineman DOMINATED an entire game and allowed an NFL offense to have their way against another professional football team. Again, I felt the LSU Pride.
I'm a happy LSU fan, what else can I say? I was disappointed with a few losses this year, but I honestly didn't lose hope. To play in the SEC and stay injury-free, and play to your potential as a team is an unlikely prospect to say the least. Getting to the BCS Championship with 2 losses has never happened before, and will probobly be many years before it happens again. But,,,,,it's happened. And I'm estactic. At the end of the day on January Seventh, I'll again be the happiest guy in the world. Because again, (twice in my lifetime), MY TEAM will be the BEST. National Champions. And I KNOW that we deserved it. And again, I'll look at all the LSU players entering the next level and LOVE to continue to watch them play. I'll be Proud to watch them.
Did I mention that I'm REALLY HAPPY to be a DIE-HARD LSU FAN? Hmm.....well, I am. And I'm Lovin It. Let The Good Times Roll.

Don't let them give ya too hard a time Charlie, I've felt the same way from time to time on a lot of those comments. I've always loved to see LSU players do well in the NFL. And, like you I've waited a hell of a long time for the Tigers to be crowned the "undisputed" number "1"! With no disrespect intended towards OSU, I hope and pray this is our year. Hang in there bro, I think our Tigers are gonna deliver us a late Christmas present!:thumb:
