Yeah .. the thread where you refused to even try and rebut the fact that LSU performs better than GA.

I showed you the stats of the last 5 games in a context that takes strength of schedule out of the picture completely. Expected vs Actual.

If you score 50 points on a team that normally allows 50 points, then you've done nothing special. Such is the case with your "common opponents" piece. The common opponents are weak opponents.

TN, AU, KT, FL, Ol Miss, MState, I mean, who really give a damn. All good teams should smoke them.

BUT .. as I pointed out to you, when you look at GA and LSU's performance against their last 5 opponents, judging by what they should have scored, and the points they should have allowed ... LSU is just a stronger team. 160% vs 130%, .. and 29% vs 52%. Period, End of Story.

Even when you look at the 5 common opponents:

    LSU 126%, 43% .... vs GA 114%, 55%.

LSU wins even using these numbers LSU 21 GA [10-14]

Fine if you come in here and say your Dawgs are going to beat the Tigers, just because .... because your a Dawg Fan. We expect you to want your team to win. But don't come in here talking about "stats" .. cause statistically, LSU wins.

GA is good, but they ain't no LSU.

Why do I feel like a broken record with this next statement. Pay very special attention Mr. oncean. I NEVER SAID UGA WAS BETTER THAN LSU!!! I simply was giving reasons why I disagreed with such SEC game predictions as 49-13, 42-10, and 42-13. That is all.

Well .. in that case, you'd be right. But then, nobody with a brain is predicting a blowout of GA. along those lines. Sure, some of the homers may be thinking that, but the numbers don't support such.

I personally am predicting something along the lines of 27-13.

The line is at 14, which is consistent with my prediciton, and the over.under is 45, which is 4 points above my prediction.

    Seriously.

These Tigers are of a different breed and I have a feeling Les has come in with an Edge after that last SEC Championship game where ESPN/Herbie tried to sandbag us.

Couple that with the ill-advised smack talk from the Bulldog players this week and these Tigers may come out really fired up.

Could get really ugly for them really quick...

The numbers predicted that ar would score between 10-20, and that LSU would score between 30-40. So, ok, they missed by one point on the LSU side, nailed ar at 17ur though.
