If we can run on these guys, we win. And I think we will run on these guys. I admit, though, that the circumstances around this one (Friday game, injuries, Nutt quitting, Miles/Michigan, LSU #1 target on their heads, Hawg RBs) makes me more nervous than I was last week, for sure. I'm not even going to try to predict a score. :geaux:
LSU has got to assume that Felix Jones is healthy and playing. They shouldn't play down their QB Dick as he had thrown a few TD's in the last game. I believe LSU will play up a notch because of their respect for the Hog's running game. LSU has got to tackle better as they seem to be missing some tackles lately.
Re: great post You forgot Keiland Williams, Charles Scott, Trindon Holiday, Richard Murphy and Demetrius Byrd..Oh, and Colt David.
Re: great post No, I didn't forget anyone. I could have named many more. But I purposefully listed only the seniors since this will be their last game in Tiger Stadium. I feel that their leadership will ensure victory for LSU. I know they are looking forward to competing...
Well, Ole Miss' QB accounted for almost half of their rushing yards and was throwing the ball very well threading it in to covered receivers in several situations. In my opinion, he played a fine game. I don't think we have to respect Arkansas' passing game that much and can focus on stopping the run, something we are good at. It will be a good day.
I agree. Plan on Felix showing up for Nutt's potential last game. We should beat them but anything can happen in college football this year. Hopefully, our Tigers are ready.
