I kinda wish that Miles would play Jefferson, that way some of the fans here would have something else to whine about. Then they could leave Lee alone.

Well, at least if you try him you are firing all your guns instead of only one.
How many people put all their money in one stock alone?
    Same concept.

The thing is we already know what we have in JL but no one really knows what JJ can do in a game.
Elvis Grbac was the best practice player ever but he sucked on gameday.
Many factors involved here, yes I thought I was smarter than Marty whats his last name for that reason.

Just put the kid in for a series and let JL settle down.

I see no reason to "leave Lee alone." Unfortunately it comes with the territory. He is a major college QB. I was so apologetic for Lee ALLLLLL season up to last night. I was the biggest Lee homer on this board. Even to me it was plain to see that Lee has been getting progressively worse each snap. I know that this season is shot, but knowing that IF and only IF we had a more competent QB we would be two wins better right now. Is it ALL Lee's fault? No, a lot of it is CLM's fault as well, but when your QB looks that bad in a game AND YOU HAVE ANOTHER QB ON THE BENCH.....

    That's all I'm saying.

EDIT: I know that you can't throw another QB into the fire, but Miles needs to see what JJ can do in a game. HE doesn't KNOW how JJ would perform in a game. No one knows. Some guys just seem to perform better in a game than in practice.

I dont think it is bad that Jefferson get some playing time just to get him some experience.

I feel bad for Jarrett Lee and i dont think all of the blame goes on him. He is making bad decisions but isnt there someone on our coaching staff that is supposed to be preparing him.

Bottom line is our team has an issue at QB.

In some games we can overcome it.

    But not against good teams.

Look, it was 3rd and 2 and Lee scrambled over to the right, looking as if he was going to pick up the first down easily. Suddenly, he noticed a defender a mile away, stops, chunks the ball awkwardly in the air toward the sideline where Williams was, and then turns his back and puts his head down, floundering away from the play and preparing for impact. There was no one around. He wussed out.

That showed me what kind of QB he is...

    Jeff George. But worse.
