    Most teams do not want to trade up to the top spot. It costs them too much in terms of what you have to give up to move up, then it costs too much to pay that rookie the top contract, and those teams that can trade up to get the number one pick also have tons of areas of need. Takes two to tango, and most see a top five pick as a burden financially.. which is a big part of the CBA they're working on trying to fix that.

    Jonathan Sullivan set the Saints back years.
