With Williams and Fournette why should he abandon it? Did you see Fournette outrun the Notre Dame secondary on his 89 yard run? I went to ESPN.com and watched the replay of that again.

Miles will always be a run first coach and that's just fine. He just needs to develop the ability to pass and the willingness to be a little more balanced.

According to some character on this Browns board I post on, S E C stands for Schedule Easy Cupcakes. He is a Big-10 fan of course so I have to remind him that Ohio State plays 8 or 9 cupcakes every year. Why do you think Meyer left to go back to Ohio. He was tired of the competition - fighting Miles, Saban and the rest.

A dominate physical running game is a solid base to build an offense on.....A dominate physical running game with the ability to play action pass from is an awesome offense.

Couple those with our new defense.........

I agree. If your QB is only a 50% passer, you need to look elsewhere.

I don't mind a 3 yards and a cloud of dust philosophy when the match up calls for it and when it's working. But you need at least a semblance of a passing game to keep the defense honest. Sometimes you face an opponent that can stuff the run and you have to be able to pass. That's what makes our offense so frustrating to watch. Miles can't or won't adjust to the situation and defense.

that shows you the stupidity of their fans or the envy. that big 10 schedule is a joke. meyer hasnt lost a conference game yet while he faked death to avoid saban. oh the irony he meets up with his bogeyman today. i bet he hasnt slept all week and his fake death may come full circle.

I'm pulling for Blowhio State even though they have never historically beat an SEC team in a bowl game. Remember the Arkansas game was vacated.

the fact the bar is set so low on our passing game has rendered lsu fans expectations to nil, simply wanting a forward pass completion 10 times a game. we need to lose that mindset. it doesnt take much to find a matt flynn game manager who can make plays late. you need someone to do this because running all the time will keep you close even against lesser teams.

theres no reason we shouldnt be able to blow lesser teams out with a good passing attack which will then open the run game.

though i was elated to see LF's game speed for once. then twice. I wonder where thats been all year. but it was a ND defense who has sucked all season.
