    I didn't say he couldn't afford it. It was mostly sarcasm, given all of the cheating talk last week. He knew he was going to get fined. Even still, I'm glad he spoke up.

    Just another example of how much Goodell/NFL hates him and the Saints. How many times have you seen a coach do that an nothing happens? Besides, what the fuck are you supposed to do when you try to get a ref's attention (who should be closer to the sideline anyway) when you're trying to win a game and said ref blatantly ignores previous attempts to call timeout and the clock continues to run? Seriously, what other recourse did he have?

    I'm not usually one to blame the refs or believe in conspiracies, but damn, there's like 6 or 7 shady things that happened during the game or were revealed afterwards that really lend credibility to the game being tilted to ATLs favor. The thing that tells you the kind of team we have is, even with all of those odds stacked in ATLs favor, we STILL had a chance to win it at the end. I just hope we blow their doors off next weekend.
