Been a while since I've posted, but I thought I'd throw in my 2 cents on this.
I tend to agree w/ lsutiga. LSU has as good a chance as any team to play for the NC.

What a great story it would be! Les Miles could become the first coach (that I can think of at least) that goes from the hot seat (at least w/ some fans), to possibly winning a NC.

Unfortunately, one loss would bring back memories of the first 5 games in the minds of the pollsters, and really hurt LSU's chances.

Going to be fun to watch the rest of the season play out.
