Well we are back at the ranch and settling into routine.
I expect both my son's here younger one today and his older brother tomorrow. Perhaps we get some overlap between the two around the dinner table.

Now for my update really not much to report other than I will have my pic line removed on next Friday and I will start a new round of chemotherapy in about 6 weeks. That dosage is significantly stronger than the current dosage I am on. So my chemo, Dr Tremont, gave me a prescription for zofran which prevents nausea. However I only take it for 5 days straight, then I get 28 days before doing it again.
Ill leave you with this nugget when life deals you lemons make lemonade unless you want it hard then add vodka.

Ok. I am permanently back at the ranch now. What can I say about the last 2 weeks first that they sucked to high heaven. Secondly that it was probably a mistake to ask Dr Tremont to remove me from 2 mg steroid to 0 all at once but in for a penny in for a pound. Or so the story goes.

    So what's next up
28 days break then a double dose of chemotherapy for 5 days
Then an MRI to establish a new baseline on May 10
Wash Rinse repeat for the next year

I will continue to post new information to this site when available, it just won't be as often as it has been.

Anybody suffer any after effects after either shot. I got the 2nd shot Tuesday. I was fine for 24 hours. But I woke up this AM feeling like shit.

I had the Moderna. No side effects at all for shot 1. For shot 2 (one month between shots), I had a sore arm for a couple of days.
