Yes. But to be honest I don't remember. But I suspect that they are like other antelope there are choice cuts and less than choice cuts. So you get the good with the bad.
Well another successful week at Texas Medical Center. Did Not vomit once and one more round radiation in the morning. Then a trip to my chemo, Dr Tremont for follow up appointment and back to the ranch. I will make it to the end of the trial and then we will, see what the scan says. More to follow....
Had the first round of the pfizer vaccine yesterday. No side effects other than it feels like I got punched in the arm.
Strange thing about it was I didn't feel a thing when she stuck me. Pain didn't come until about 5 hours later.
Well time is almost up at the ranch, my oldest was here this weekend for a visit with his old boss. Who offered him a job next year which is ok with my son. He stated that he really liked his old team but needed to find a new company. Which he has and it will take sometime for him to convince the board hence the delay. Speaking of my son his wife received a promotion and they are moving to Abilene, Tx in October. She will be managing a team of electrical engineers. He is also an EE so they should be close to 200 k combined salary's. I told him be prepared for the tax man's hand in your pocket and be on the look out for something to buy. In any event it's good to know he will be ok. Now to my current state, my chemotherapy, Dr Tremont, told me on Friday not to put to much stock in the first mri because it only establishes a new baseline. I should be looking at towards the 1 in 8 months. I assume he expects me to survive at least that length of time which considering where I was just 6 weeks ago is fine by me. He stated that there really are 4 scenarios which I could find myself in: Scenario 1 mri ok and I am ok Scenario 2 mri =.and I am ok Scenario 3 mri worse and I ok Scenario 4 mri worse and I not ok Of those 4 scenarios he believes I will be in the first 3 with most likely #2 being the expected. So now you are caught up.
