All year we havent really attempted the conventional and WR screens he used one of each to ware and then to RS10 for TD's. Something tells me miles is toying with bama's Coaching staff and will open the book on bama when we play. It just seems that he is trying combo's at QB and game planning for Bama...I love how his mind works....LSU!:geaux:

I think Stud sits and thinks about what he has and what he needs to do. He has 1,2,3,4,5 and as long as 1,2,3 is working to win the game and secure victory CLM is happy.

If they can beat Bama with 1,2,3 that is all we will see. Now that JJ is moving into a 60/40 mix and could start based on what CLM said yesterday the 1,2,3 also has 1a,2b ,3c to go with it. The JJ series do not look like the JL series. The fact that LSU protects the ball better than any LSU team I have ever seen along with the kicking game LSU has allows a coach like CLM to move forward knowing that Bama or any team will have to beat LSU. LSU is not going to help you beat them at all!

Then throw into the mix a great D and one that also will take the ball away and score. You add this D plus a very good kicking game to a O that runs the ball very well you have what we see, the #1 team in the country that will take the field and we know what they are going to do. LSU is going to try to run the ball. They are going to try to keep the ball as they did yesterday for 16 plays and 9 minutes. On top of that when they get into the red zone they score TDs !

LSU is in that rare air that coaches talk about yet few ever find. We are going to play the game today and do nothing to beat ourselves. Auburn and Bama are going to test LSU but LSU is going to be a very hard team to beat, very hard.

I get the feeling Miles is taking it one game at a time.

I Concur with the one game at a time mentality....I just also see an craftsmen laying one foundation brick at a time till he gets what he wants out of the blue prints....that is victory as the one poster said if it only takes 1,2,3 to win thats all we will need to see....My point is I think he also is laying the foundation for the effective use of 4,5,6,7,8,9 just in case we need them down the line....

We gonna use 4 thru 6 for UA but just up to 5 for OU. Gonna put 7 thru 9 on the shelf for next season.

I think it's a 10-4 but leaning on the side of x - 2z = y. Of course, it could always wind up being a 5,4,3,2,1 blastoff on the 2a 1b side of the spics on the rotary gurter.

Lee and TM7 better be on his game if we want to win against Bama. The whole team needs to be on their game.

It's tough for a college player to bring his A game for 12 weeks. TM7's been getting a ton of media attention the past few weeks and he was in the spotlight yesterday. He didn't bring his A game and it showed.

He'll bounce back against the Barners.
