LSU from the 4, near the end if the game. Dead ball, personal foul moves the ball back to about the 20 and it's 2 nod and goal. Bama possession in OT. Complete to the 1. Dead ball personal foul. Ball is now on the 16 but it's 1st and 10 and not first and goal? Shouldn't it have been 1st and goal and with that call didn't Bama essentially get an extra series?
Tweeted by Skip Bayless: Blatant uncalled pass interference in end zone saves bama in OT at LSU. If it's pass I in 1st q, it's pass I in OT.
On Bama's drive against our prevent defense it looked like the receiver trapped the ball but bama spike it before it could be reviewed. They never showed a replay but I would like to see it again
They showed one replay, and yes the receiver didn't have control before it hit the ground. It was a trapped catch, should've been ruled incomplete.
Their play was for a first down, our play was a 2 yard run on first down. The officials got that one right.
