    We absolutely MUST play Russell Shepard early and often in Oxford if we want to win that game.

    It's been said so much all season that now it even sounds cliche' but make no mistake about it.....LSU NEEDS THE BALL IN RUSSELL SHEPARD'S HANDS if we want to win in Oxford.

    I agree. Shep was the one of the few sparks out there on offense tonight. The rest of it was so bad, I'm going to wash my eyes out with soap! [​IMG]

    Let's see. RS has yet to throw a single pass all season, which should lead us to the answer of... not a chance.

    Let me put it this way, I think RS can play better than JL has in an LSU uniform.
    I said this the nice way, it is the same argument I made last year when I thought JJ should have started or at least played much sooner than he did!

    We aren't saying at QB....we're just saying that RS needs to be in the game PERIOD.....early and often that is.

    This is the same argument people made about JJ last year, sounds so familiar.
    Someone should dig up threads from last year.

    I want JJ back, but still want RS to have about 10-15 touches or plays.

    I hope that we break out some RS pass plays on Ole Miss, we will need them.
