No. Also JJ Started & beat Alabama the year before. That's 2010, in case you got lost.

Sure Lee was undefeated in 2011, before he was thankfully replaced at BAMA.

Worked out well for LSU didn't it?

Did we win the NC or lose it?

Did we beat bama a team Lee had beaten already or lose to them?

Do you not understand?? Jarrett Lee never beat Alabama. Not in 2011 or any other year.

So yes, it worked out perfectly. Without Jj coming in soon, we lose the "Game if the Century" which was of course game #1. with Bama in the 2011 season.

There would be No SEC Championship or NC game.

JJ was the QB for all 3 of LSU's scoring drives in that game.

You're remembering this game incorrectly. Lee threw two atrocious INTs. He had to be yanked and JJ came in, did very little, and LSU won in OT.
They were both awful QBs in their own unique ways. It's crazy, but JJ beat Saban twice. Lee threw the ball to the guys in crimson.

thats why i held out a faint bit of hope that it asn't all coaching
because they was almost polar opposite kind of awful from each other.

JJ always seemed scared. wouldn't throw until the guy was open by at least 72 steps.
Lee thought he was Brett Favre and tried to thread the needle into a guy that was quadruple teamed.
