Was just noticing, Ford and Ware are neck and neck with regards to the most yards rushed. Ware is sitting at 150 carries for 580 yards Ford is sitting at 101 carries for 575 yards With JJ running the option, it's more likely that Ford will get more of the calls this saturday, and it's a pretty sure bet that he will become the leading rusher for LSU this year come saturday. Of course, .. then their is always Blue to contend with.
Probably so... I think we will give Ware about 5-8 carries and rest him the rest of the way. See plenty of Hilliard and Blue.
Call me dense ... but I see Lee playing a lot this week ... Ford will still likely pass Ware as he's been gaining on him steadily a few games now I wanna see Hilliard more ... Arkansas has NO PHUKCKCKIN ANSWER WHATSOEVER for the Hilliard dive play ... Drives kept alive all Turkey Day Weekend
The fullback dive is good for what we've used it for....one yard at the goal line. You want to see Hilliard pound some people? Line him up at tailback and run that skinny toss that Ware gets most of his yards from.
Yeah, we use the FB dive at the goal line ... but we use it all over the field with Hilliard stomping folks between the tackles when we line up with the 2 RB set ... and our "dive play" isn't a normal dive because we DON'T use a fullback when we give the quick handoff to Hilliard ... it's all semantics though, because Hilliard can easily be "seen" as a FB ... Anyway, it gives us a serious smash-mouth rush threat up the gut THAT = 5 YARDS++++++++ EVERY TIME (SO IT SEEMS) when they start playing to stop our off-tackle game and sweeps by Ford ... Ware is just a beast and a human battering ram ... I feel sorry for Ole Piss and the Hogs and even Georgia ... for about two seconds :hihi: Seriously, anyone who thinks any team between us and the BCS crystal has a chance to beat LSU is too foolish to know anything about football.
