Nutria had a good idea. For those people that are staying put in the path of this storm, just let us know where you are staying, or even if your not staying but you might have family memebers that are and might need help after it passes. We will be up in the Holden/Walker area if anyone needs anything or needs any help!!!
Just got back to Baton Rouge from Gulf Shores... luckily i was able to shop and get gas along the way... Contraflow was a b*tch to get around... I'm over in Old Jefferson if anyone's house falls down or some such catastrophe...
I'm staying put in Lafayette hoping that my company (based in Erath) is still there after the storm... I missed the game yesterday because of prep work...
I'll be here. I'm in the walker/livingston area. Won't be able to sit and play on the forum though, i got folks coming to stay with me. My wife was in Texas for work, and they would not let her come back into Louisiana. So she had to go to her sister's in Houston. So me and the chilrens will be hanging out here.
We will be here in Walker. Crip and Mrs. Crip are probably coming over when the lights go out (and they will). Got plenty of supplies and food to ride this one out...hope everyone and their families gets through this OK.
I'm here in northern East Baton Rouge Parish. Please pray for my girlfriend's parents who decided to stay put in Metairie.
I'm in Houston. I hate stupid drivers (A big EFFF UUUU to the morons on I-10 between state line and the west side of beaumont last night) EFFF UUUU Gustav
For right now I am staying put in Baton Rouge, but I may decide tomorrow morning whether or not I will go to my cousin's in Birmingham. Next year I won't have this problem. I am going to get a standby generator.
