We all know there were will be negatigers but hopefully the majority of fans show JJ some love and welcome him back. If the fans handle this situation with class, I trust everything will work itself out. If not, the QBs and players will feel our anxiety/negativity and our fanbase will get what it deserves.

Les is not going to put Jefferson in a situation where the fans will get all over him. He's likely not ready to play this week. He'll go in a few plays at a time soon like Lee was used last year to run a special play or he will come in in mop-up duty.

The usual azzholes will boo, but the Stadium will cheer.

If they are real fans they will embrace him as a Tiger who has won us a ton of games and dominated opponents in bowls. Coming in to the season he was the starting QB, presently he is not and should rightfully have to earn it back... until then it's Lee's job and he has done it well. I wouldn't mind seeing JJ in the back field or lined up in the slot... with his running ability he'd make a dangerous Harvin type. But I welcome him back and see this helping build a stronger team attitude.

Indeed ... Fans can be unforgiving.

As stated, I would hope that CLM has the wisdom to bring JJ in for mop-up duty in the 4th quarter. Hopefully, JLee gets us up something like 28-0 by half. Mett can come in third quarter and add a TD or two .. then bring in JJ for the 4th.

I think if CLM does it this way, the Fans will welcome him back with smiles.

Personally, though, I don't think we see JJ this game.

When you sort by total passing yards LSU is #98. When you sort by QB rating LSU is #39. I'll take that any day of the week.

Correct, so the fact that the charges were reduced make all ok and JJ can join the team. I liked him, and want him to do well, but don't understand why all of a sudden the sky has cleared, roses are blooming and he's unsuspended.

Not saying I would boo, but I think the average fan is pretty turned off by a guy with a charge pending. Like it or not, it's not quite the same as a parking ticket. Hope he doesn't get booed, but I would not bet.
