    Who just happens to be the best CFB in history. Doesn't seem to effect the Bama recruiting and subsequent success on the field.

    I think its the unfun all business way that recruits take note of, especially when they start looking other schools that have fun and success.

    The OP doesn't make any sense. Saban is the greatest coach in CFB today and perhaps the greatest ever. As I've said before football is a contact sport and injuries are part of the game.
