I know you aren't, and I apologize for being "out of line earlier" it was just a figure of speech but I guess you didn't see it that way. As for the team, I just call it like I see it. You think clm can do no wrong and like I said before, I have no doubt that he is in over his head. Its all good, still lots of Tiger love to go around.
Stacy the southern gentleman in me wants to defend you but I don't need to. You B slap these fools all day. Way to go. Shane whats that old saying "who are you going to believe me or your lying eyes?" In this case there are two sets of eyes and maybe which set one believes depends on how we see the glass, half full or half empty. First the eyes Stacy and many of us use. The ones that see the half full glass and see the wins. They may be ugly but they are more numerous and more consistant over the past 8 years than any other team or coaches. They integrate the total package and see a TEAM that wins. This gives us confidence that there is a will and way to win and provides evidence and faith to support. Your and others' eyes see the flaws in the teams, coaching staff and production and seem to maximize the effect they could have and ignore the overall (IMO no matter what is claimed) are the half empty krewe. This leads you to believe there are insurmountable problems and the future is bleak. This doesn't say you hate Les or are a negatiger just your posts reflect you outlook in life. I bet Stacy and those of us who have a similar outlook are happier as we go through life.In Bob Marlley's words you need to "don't worry be happy".
Miles is not perfect, but he's the best coach we've ever had. That should earn the man some love from his own "fans." But it doesn't.
Had he given me a reason to think anything would change maybe I would. However, you can call it half full, half empty, you and Winston can sit around the fire singing coom by ahh wearing giant hats till the moon goes out. It won't change the fact that this team, last years team, the team before that and the ones to come is/are hamstrung before it ever takes the field. If you buy a high performance sports car and you park it in the garage for 3 years and never take it out and open er up, what do you think will happen when you finally need to out run the cops. Yep, you guessed it. That is the analogy here. For the record, I hope, I sincerely hope and pray that buffoon proves me wrong. But he won't. It will be the same old struggle, the same old predictability, and unfortunately, it will be against someone we can't afford to play that way against.
And, here is where we differ, Shane. I don't want him to change. I would like for his offense to be better, but I wouldn't trade a better offense for fewer wins. Just sayin...
A better offense = more wins Damnit girl, get greedy. Half way through the 4th qtr of that NCG and it is still a 2 score game. Bet you would have liked a better offense, Fl this year, we couldn't even score 2 effing td's. We don't have the ability to put people away with the status quo. You Want him to get better, you NEED him to get better. We want a GD Scoring machine. Sad part is ALL the pieces are there, we just choose to lock them away in the cellar.
It should, but why are so many of the top offenses from teams that regularly lose? Aside from the obvious--that they don't play ball control and can't run the clock and/or play defense even more poorly than we play offense.
Jesus H Christ I give up. You and your 6 and 12 games point win by 4 games with more penalty yds than passing go off and be happy. It is pathetic to watch and we will continue to be under achievers to a nation that wants more.
