I heard one of the best description of Miles today to date…he is basically the guy that pars every hole at golf with the exception of the occasional birdie. He doesn’t look like anything special and he plays it very safe but at the end of the day when you tally the score he wins by one or two because he never boogies. The problem right now is his team is “hitting double boogies” on plays. 7 dropped passes and some stupid penalties kept that game from being a lot different. I’m fine with the play calling, the players have just got to start playing more disciplined.
Terrific example. Beautiful, and you are spot on. He is the dude that is down by 3 strokes with 3 to play and he won't even look at his driver. Maybe he is scared that he shanks one off into the woods, maybe he has no confidence in his ability to hit it right down the middle but whatever the case it stays in the bag in hopes that his opponent screws up. Great work bud I don't care what cajun sensation says about you.
Make you a deal bro. Because I like you and don't want you to feel poorly of yourself, go ahead and bet on Bama. For every buck you bet on Bama I will bet two on LSU. That way your lack of faith will be washed out by my bet.
I'm sure she means why high powered offences like WVU and the like always seem to lose when they face anyone with a decent D...maybe not...I didn't really read to she what she was talking about
I said I "might" bet it. I have never bet against LSU in my life and have only bet with them a couple 2 or 3 times and I think they screwed me on those. Chances are I won't do it but I have zero faith in Les Miles to put a product on the field that can compete. It will be that same vanilla bullshit Bo Schembeckler big ten ground and pound. Lay everything on the shoulders of the defense crap. It just drives me nuts. Note, I didn't say that the talent wasn't there. It is and we all know it is, it just isn't being used.
