This is a fair point. He did have a boatload of underclassman leave for the NFL. As you pointed out, the defense has been the strength of the team for the last 3 years, so he does deserve a chance to correct it. I can't wait until we finally get a complete team instead of having a great defense and mediocre O or vice versa.
God I really hate to say this but Alabama has lost a lot on defense too, doesn't look it's hurt them that much.
the coaching is so noticeably different. I think if we play them 100 times with the current teams, we lose 97 times. the first half, emotion favors the underdog. i predicted we'd get a lead likely and when the dust settles and the emotions die down, the coaching takes over. id say thats what happened. it wasnt about breaks or any of that bs. its we were outplayed, outphysicaled, outcoached on every level. theres a big gap between these 2 staffs. only malzahn has a punchers chance now that a&m fell. at least offensively he gets it. and his team has gotten better each week. the irony is its the one good team we've beaten.
I thought LSU outwarmed Alabama shortly before gametime. The stretching by Welter was textbook. I thought he was the MVP.
Dude, @shane0911 has sweated, bled, and fought for his country in Iraq. If there's one mother fucker on this board I want with me when the shit is getting deep, it's him. So keep your ignorant comments to yourself.
